Promise me you won't do anything stupid." It's all going down, as Sarah tells John B in the trailer, "We are fugitives in a foreign country. Season 2 of the hit Netflix show streams on July 30 and, to get us even more hyped, Chase Stokes (who plays John B), Rudy Pankow (JJ) and Jonathan Daviss (Pope) are answering all of your burning questions about gold, revenge, shipping and evil stepmothers. The actors exclusively spoke with E! News about the next chapter, which takes place in the Bahamas as they're wanted for murder. Something was definitely not right here.T minus nine hours until Outer Banks fans learn the fate of John B, Sarah and the Pogues. While John B talked to them, I walked over to Pope, my eyes widening slightly as I looked at his worsening condition. He tried to reason with them and find new ways to get the cross out. "Oh you sure-" JJ began to argue back with her when John B came to them and cut their conversation off. "Cause I'm the only one lifting!" Sarah yelled, throwing her hands up in frustration. "Yo, you almost dropped that on my foot!" JJ yelled as he turned towards Sarah, We tried our best to slowly lower it to the ground, but it felt a lot heavier now that Pope had let go. Pope let go of the cross and fell back onto one of the benches. The cross slowly started to fall back onto the ground. "Okay guys, I can't I can't." Pope grunted in pain as he began to loosen his grip on the cross. Once the cross was off the ground, we began to move it towards the door where we would load it up into the truck. I could feel my muscles straining as the cross slowly began to move. John B counted to three and we all began to pull it off the ground. Pope stumbled his way over, with me following behind him as JJ instructed everyone on what to do. They all began to position themselves at different parts of the cross, trying to pull it up from the ground. We had to get this cross out of here and the sooner the better. "Yeah and if we don't get this shit outta here before Limbrey gets here then nobody's gonna know." John B agreed with Pope. "This is bigger than money and the worlds gotta know the truth." "Hey, it's my ancestors cross!" Pope cut into their conversation. JJ obviously for the money, John B for the museum. His face was starting to look really swollen, but nobody had really noticed but me.īeside the cross were JJ and John B who spent the time arguing whether the cross should be in a museum or used for money. "Pope, are you sure you're okay?" I asked him in concern, but he didn't give much of a response. He almost looked as if he was about to have an asthma attack, but I knew he didn't have that. He still looked breathless as he struggled to get himself off the floor. While everyone else rushed to the cross, I kept my eyes trained on Pope. "I'm good, just give me like one second to like catch my breath." He breathed heavily as he spoke, holding up his hand to wave us off.Įveryone backed up, giving Pope his space, our eyes turning to the solid golden cross laying on the floor. "Pope, you good?" JJ was the first at his side, everyone not to far behind him. My eyes darted around, making sure everyone was okay, before darting back to Pope in his fetal position. I took a few deep breaths, leaning against the wall I had rushed to. We all jumped out of the way before we could get crushed to death, Pope who was still laying on the floor, rolled to the side, curling himself into a fetal position.Ī loud bang was heard as the cross made impact with the floor and thankfully none of us. The sound of creaking was heard, causing us to look up and see a golden cross, that had to weigh more than a ton, falling straight forward us. "You did not tuck and roll that's for sure." JJ commented as we all leaned over Pope, checking for any broken bones or signs of damage.
